Sherco was founded in 1998 in Nîmes, France by Marc Teissier and Andreu Codina, both former trial riders. Today, Sherco manufactures 25 models of trial and enduro motorcycles in its two factories in Nîmes, France and Barcelona, Spain. Distributed in 66 countries, the French market represents only 15% of the brand’s sales, as most of its customers are in the American continent, Australia and Japan, the “stronghold” country of motorcycles
