TopSolid'Mold 2008 Demonstrations

Sewing failure
Once your parting line defined, you can now create easily your Aside and Bside Shells. The created shells are associative and follow the part modification. The software knew that sometimes, you did not design all the needed parting lines that allows the Blocks creation. And your question was: “Where are the missing parting lines?” or “Where is the problem?” From now, the answer is... just here!! You sometimes got an error message during the CC blocks creation: Unable to sew And your question was: « Where is the problem? » From now, the answer is… Just here!!

You can set your undersize to this type of electrode. The software will manage automatically the “pocket” radius. Possibility of defining points of plunge. The tool paths are optimized. For the same Z level when a pass ends, it is the closest following tool path which is machined.
