Strack Norma offers standard parts for injection-molding and die-casting molds. The use of complete subassemblies comprising standard parts makes design, calculation and ordering easier. Over 30,000 variable complete basic forms and 40,000 standard parts in a clear order numbering system form the basis for efficient mold design.
Furthermore there are standard parts for punching and forming tools. All the main components for the construction of punching and forming tools are included in the STRACK range. Over 20,000 complete tools, 30,000 individual parts and an extensive range of accessories can be called up in a clear ordering system.

The Cetim is a technical centre for mechanical engineers (Centre technique des industries mécaniques) created in France in 1965 on the initiative of mechanical engineering companies and their professional bodies (the latter pilot the organisation). It is placed under the official guardianship of the State. The Cetim works together with Missler Software to provide TopSolid’Castor, the integrated Finite Element Analysis solution for the TopSolid CAD system.

In cooperation with well-known tool manufacturers, DATOS developed in 1998 the standard Software WinTool, a tool library for NC-production with integrated catalogs and graphic generator. The WinTool Interfaces for popular CAM and ERP systems, presetting gauges, and intelligent storage systems, allow to use and communicate tool data efficiently and error-free. More and more, companies in-troduce the add-on WinTool Modules for net list calculation of larger machine magazines or to optimize the manufacturing process reliability with a revision control of tool documentation.

Since 1993, TDM Systems is developing software for managing data for tools, jigs and fixtures, measuring and inspection equipment as well as setup and chucking devices. We provide complete integration with CAD/CAM-NC software, presetters, shuttles, simulation software and ERP systems. In 2004, we became the Sandvik Group's official Know-How Center for tool data management.
TDM´s product philosophy is the support of all company devices with too data from a central data base. TDM Systems wants to support TopSolid users with available tool data by a performant link to the TDM data base. The integration TDM-TopSolid provides TopSolid programmers direct access to required tool information. By using the TopSolid environment, cutting conditions, feeds & speeds and collision data are available in TopSolid. The export and import of tool lists support an efficient NC-programming.
