Missler Software is the 8th provider of CAD/CAM solutions in the world. The annual sales amount to EUR 22 million (approx. USD 26m). The company employs 216 staff and runs four development centers and 4 sales branches (France, Germany, Italia, USA). Missler Software develops and distributes the TopSolid and GOelan product lines, which mainly target the mechanical manufacturing industry, but also other industries, in which design and manufacturing are tightly connected (wood, sheet metal, glass manufacturing industries, etc...). More than 8000 customers are working with Missler Software products(Matshushita, Snecma, Legrand, Husqvarna, Grohe, Bandai…). Technical Writer (Bilingual English/French)

• Missions: Creation and update of technical written supports: online help, manuals, tutorials, etc.
• Competences
  • Excellent writing skills in English (and if possible in French)
  • Written translation FR > EN, EN > FR
  • Strong technical comprehension
  • Experience in the software development industry (ideally CAD/CAM)
  • An independent person, capable of using their own initiative and making decisions
  • Written German would be a plus
• Profile
  • Recently graduated  from a translation or technical writing institute
  • An initial experience in technical writing is ideal
  • A candidate with prior experience in an R&D or Methods Department with the capacities to become a technical writer
• Software used: RoboHelp, Word, FrameMaker, Snagit, Camtasia, Alchemy Catalyst, TopSolid
