Technical Support TopSolid’WoodCam

• Mission: Based in Villeurbanne this job consists of providing technical support to TopSolid’WoodCam customers. The candidate will train, advise and assist our customers on how best to use TopSolid’WoodCam (Missler Software’s dedicated CAM solution for the wood industry). The candidate will have to write certain technical texts (for manuals, tutorials, …) and will also quality test new versions of the software.
• Profile: A young person recently finished his/her studies with preferably an initial experience of working in a Methods Department or in programming numerically controlled machines in the wood industry. The ideal candidate with have a knowledge of CAD/CAM and can speak English. This job requires a candidate easy adaptation, good contact with others, a willingness, availability and independence to work. Business trips throughout the year are to be forseen.

Development Engineer

• Mission : To participate in the development of a new range of CAD/CAM software written en C#  on the .NET.platform.
• Profile : The ideal candidate may be starting his/her career or already have an initial experience but needs to have a solid knowledge in object oriented languages. CAD Toolmaking Technical Support

• Mission : The candidate will work with the Toolmaking team in Villeurbanne. The candidate will support our toolmaking customers using our solutions TopSolid'Electrode, TopSolid'Mold and TopSolid'Progress. In order to accomplish this the role requires a candidate who is capable of managing many tasks at the one time, is curious, eager to learn and enthusiastic to carry out the following tasks :
  • Manage the technical support hotline for our French and international customers
  • Train TopSolid customers on site or in Missler Software agencies
  • Produce documents (tutorials, examples…) to help customers better use the software
• Location : Business trips within and outside France forseen
• Profile : The candidate has already used one or more mechanical CAD software packages, is at ease in working with others and is very interested in working with high-technology tools.
